We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we try to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our clients’ needs. However, cancellations do impact our business, and therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled departure date will be subject to a

3. Cancellations made 3 days before the scheduled departure will be subject to a
4. Cancellation fee of 25% of the total trip cost.
5. Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
6. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure date will be subject to a
7. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total trip cost.
